Terms of service.

Divìn Artistry specializes in makeup, we do not offer hair services, however we can refer you to the amazing hairstylists our clients have worked with in the past. We offer customizable makeup services and accommodations for both bridal and traditional appointments.

Package Options:

- Divìn Classics: $150

Includes skincare, makeup glam, and kit.

- Brides' Maid Divine: $300

Includes bridal makeup, skin prep, travel fee, touch-up kit. Add-ons are available for bridal party makeup, all-day touch-ups, and other customized services (prices vary based on selections).

- Divine Memories: $1800

Includes bridal makeup, all-day wedding photographer, skin prep, travel fee, touch-up kit. Add-ons are available for bridal party makeup, all-day touch-ups, and other customized services (prices vary based on selections).

- Posed by Divìn: $430

Includes a 2-hour studio session at a designated studio location, makeup glam, and 5 professionally taken poses by a photographer.

Allergies:

- It is the client's responsibility to inform the makeup artist of any allergies or sensitivities to makeup products, skincare, or other related ingredients before the appointment. This includes allergies to makeup, skincare products, fragrances, etc. The makeup artist is not held liable for any breakouts, irritation, or allergic reactions if the client fails to disclose relevant allergies or sensitivities prior to the service.

Consultations:

- All bridal and creative event services require a consultation prior to the appointment. This way the makeup artist has a better understanding of the clients expectations, and has time to make adjustments before the day of the booking.

Booking & Payment:

- All services must be paid in full, or 60% must be paid upfront to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of the appointment. An invoice will be sent for all payments. If the remaining balance is not paid by the specified due date, it will automatically be charged to the payment method on file. If a service needs to be adjusted or corrected, the makeup artist will work with the client to resolve any issues, but no refunds will be issued.

Bridal Agreement:

- A signed bridal agreement is required for all bridal services.

- 60% of the total fee must be paid upfront to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the wedding day. If bridal makeup services are booked within 4 weeks of the wedding date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance or 4 weeks in advanced for bridal packages. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, and the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, the makeup artist will do their best to accommodate rescheduling, but this is not guaranteed.

Late Arrivals:

- Arriving late to the appointment may result in reduced service time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened, and no refund will be given for lost time.

Travel & Location Fees:

- Travel fees may apply for services outside the designated service area. These fees will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

Photography & Media:

- The makeup artist reserves the right to take photos of the client’s makeup look for portfolio and marketing purposes. If the client does not wish to have photos taken, they must inform the artist before the session begins.
